Can you give me tips on how to recruit people. I´m already working and it´s going well, but if you can give me more ideas it be great! I´m Silver by the way.
Recruiting is hard because your prospects are your friends, family and co-workers. If you’re lucky a couple might be interested but most probably do not have the entrepreneurial streak that you do.
Quit thinking that your products are the only thing your selling. You have to sell your opportunity too.
And the first rule of sales is: KNOW YOUR TARGET MARKET!!!
Building a large down line isn’t easy, but it isn’t impossible either otherwise the mlm business would be obsolete. You just need to change your thinking.
I recommend furthering your education on sales and marketing from some where other than Nikken. There is a lot of good information out there.

You really need to look outside your companies marketing information.
To be able to sponsor that many people who want to be working in your group you need a system to filter out the people who have no drive or desire to do anything 3 months from now.
