What percentage of a company's sales revenue should come from outbound calling efforts?

What percentage should come from inbound direct marketing/advertising?

There's no set number for this. It depends on the industry, on your products or sevice, if it's B2B or B2C, etc.

Someone here can tell you 2% or 20%. That doesn't mean they're right. You gotta tailor it to your company, your industry, your market.

You shouldn't be worried about these things if you are just starting out and have no historical data of your own. Other people's statistics don't apply to you. Only yours.
